Welcome to the Fresh Milk Farms homepage. Our farm is located in northern Minnesota, surround by woods. We raise, breed, and sell our dairy goats of different breeds. Our goat’s milk is very rich in calcium and protein. It is better for you than cow’s milk, but tastes almost the same. It is a bit stronger than cow’s milk. In fact, most lactose intolerance’s can drink goats milk.

< This is Meeka, she is our #1 milker. She’s given us almost two gallons in one day.  She has a great personality too. She is one of our friendliest goats, and loves attention. She had a kid this year named Jasmine. Not only is Meeka a great milker and mother, she is a great companion.

Meeka is a registered chamoise french Alpine.  Because Meeka is a french alpine, that means that she is purebred all the way.

Did you know that a goat can be registered even if it’s not the same breed. We have a goat named Charlotte  who is 3/4 LaMancha and 1/4 sonan. She is registered as a LaMancha. You register a goat by its characteristics.

This is Jasmine, Meeka’s daughter born in 2008. She’s a lot like her mother. They share the same personalities and look a lot alike.  Behind her is Sampson her nephew.

Sampson is Gizmo’s son. Gizmo is Meeka’s other daughter, Jasmine big sister. Gizmo even acted like a sister towards Jasmine. It was really cute watching them together. Jasmine was also best friends with Sampson. They were inseparable.

Now Jasmine has a good home with Daisy, Gracie’s daughter.

This is another 2008 kid. Her name is Daisy Mae, Jasmine’s new companion. She is half Newbian and half Alpine. Gracie, Daisy’s mother is behind her in the picture. Daisy is a very curious, sweet, spirited kid. Her mother Gracie is a Dwarf Newbian. She’s a very calm, loving goat.
